Refund & Replacement Policy 

We work hard to make sure every Anti-Hangover Snack reaches you in perfect condition. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. 

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if: 

  • The product was damaged during delivery 

  • You received a wrong item 

  • There’s a manufacturing defect 

 

Important: 

  • Claims must be made within 24 Hours of receiving the order. 

  • You must share photo proof or video proof of the issue. 

  • For safety and hygiene, opened or tampered products cannot be returned or replaced. 

 

How to request a refund or replacement: 

Email us at marketing@anti-hangoversnack.com/with your Order Number and the issue details. 
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. 

If we don’t have a replacement in stock, we’ll offer you the best available alternative—or a full refund if you prefer. 

 

Order Cancellation Policy 

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues like stock unavailability or errors in pricing or product information. 
If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund. 

If an order isn’t delivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other user-related issues, any additional re-delivery cost will be charged to the customer.
